Eurocopter Asia Technical and HUMS Support We are committed to providing continual support to our customers throughout the service life of the helicopter. Our trained staffs are organized along helicopter product types and offer to customers and representatives in Asia a single point-of-contact on all in-service technical issues. We developed in-house web-based software tools to manage the regional Fleet status, Technical and HUMS* queries. These web-based tools are offered to users at no charges. Recognizing this, Eurocopter South East Asia (ESEA) provides a comprehensive service to design, manufacture, and install modifications on any of the aircraft we sell. Specifically, our dedicated Design Organization offers a wide range of certified and customized solutions for both new and used helicopters, such as the integration of navigation, communications, air-conditioning, lighting, and various para-public and military mission systems. |
